By downloading, installing, or using the Swifto mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Swifto is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn the Swift programming language and iOS development through interactive lessons, quizzes, and exercises. The App provides:

  • Progress tracking, achievements, and gamification features

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes on devices that you own or control.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, code examples, and software) are owned by Swifto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Swift logo and Swift programming language are trademarks of Apple Inc. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

6. Educational Content Disclaimer

The content provided in Swifto is for educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about Swift programming:

  • We do not guarantee that the content is error-free or complete
  • Programming languages and best practices evolve over time
  • The App should not be your sole source of learning
  • We recommend consulting official Apple documentation for the most current information

7. User Data and Progress

Your learning progress, achievements, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device. We are not responsible for any loss of progress data due to:

  • Device loss, theft, or damage
  • App uninstallation
  • Operating system updates or device resets
  • iCloud sync failures or issues

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or make other improvements. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWIFTO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any errors or omissions in the content
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swifto and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
